LINCOLN,RI (September 16, 2013) — Custom Computer Specialists Inc. (“Custom”), a leading IT services provider, today announced it has been selected for the a five-year term on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ contract for converged Voice and Data, a timeframe in which the State could purchase up to $140 million in voice and data equipment.
The converged Voice and Data contract, also known as ITT50, will be the primary Statewide Contract used by Executive Agencies of the Commonwealth for the goods and services covered by the contract. These services include network assessment, design, engineering, integration, management, maintenance and consulting for telephony systems and associated data networks.
As an awarded vendor of the ITT50 contract, under Category 2 – Value Added Resellers, Custom will be authorized by an OEM to distribute, install and maintain voice and data network systems, software, and related peripheral equipment required.
